I have been using the CRM MARVI program for about two years. I like it. Convenient, easy, fast. Easy to use. A big plus, in my opinion, is the possibility of 24/7 consultation. Although the need for help from company representatives was extremely rare. The system works well. At the moment, I mainly use the medical part (patient registration and filling out the "ophthalmologist examination"). I am looking forward to a more complete version with more options.

The imperfection of the previous program and the unreliability of the development partners forced me to switch to the MARVI CRM/ERP system. Currently, I do not encounter typical problems of other systems on the market, namely: data loss during transmission, constant growth in the cost of maintenance and imperfection of the product accounting system. MARVI has a more reliable accounting program during data transmission, and is easier to use. The main value of MARVI is its developers, namely, responding to comments from users and making adjustments to the system. I would like to personally recommend the MARVI CRM/ERP system for all ophthalmological clinics and optician's shops in Ukraine.
